The Flow Valve controls the amount.
it has a over flow and keep it drain down to normal leavel
There is a trap built into the bowl. It is just like the one on your sink drain. A “U” shape passage that is designed to hold water to prevent sewer gas from entering the home. When more water is poured in, it merely overfills the trap and goes down the drainpipe.
The trap will not allow the water level to rise above its highest point. The only reason they overflow through the toilet is when the trap is blocked.
It flows over the trap after a certain point and into the sewer system.
