i want to become a plumber or a cable guy but i have no experience, does any one know were i might get hired as plumber trainee in the los angeles area?

Some companies will hire a laborer to help the journeymen. Ask around at construction sites and see where that leads.
You could also just start cold-calling plumbing companies.
I’d take plumbing over cable-install. Far more money and more side jobs are available for a plumber. You can then parlay that into tile installation and the like.
Approach companies in the area you want to work and offer your services for free for a week. Gives both sides a look at each other to see if you fit in.
